The RDM4024G-PCI marking control card is a high-performance motion controller developed by Ruida Technology, specifically for laser galvanometer applications. It adheres to standard PCI specifications and is built on an industrial-grade DSP + FPGA architecture. This design integrates advanced galvanometer control algorithms with laser synchronous control algorithms, enabling precise trajectory management of the galvanometer. Additionally, the card employs bi-directional DMA operations to enhance data communication efficiency.

(1) Equipped with a CO2 laser, the system is ideal for marking on wood, leather, plastics, and paper. The CO2 laser's ability to produce intense infrared radiation makes it suitable for these materials, which absorb infrared light well.

(2) For marking stainless steel, aluminum oxide, copper oxide, and other alloy materials, including jewelry, metals, electronic components, batteries, chargers, switches, and more, a fiber laser is the preferred choice.
