The motion controller equipped with a PCI interface utilizes industrial cameras and advanced image processing algorithms to enhance its capabilities. It is characterized by the use of either a ring light source or a coaxial light source, along with MARK point positioning technology. This motion controller supports the independent application software named RDAutoMarkPointVision, which further expands its functionality. Additionally, it boasts four motion axes for precise control, feeding control for managing material feed rates, and a Z axis for vertical movement. The controller is also equipped with a plethora of laser interfaces and external IO (Input/Output) resources, allowing it to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of external auxiliary components.
